SUMMARY:Monein Yoga Retreat
DESCRIPTION:I’d like to invite you to step away from your day to day\, and join us in the South of France for a blissful\, healing holiday. The retreat will be held at Ferme de Candeloup\, Monein.Situated in the foothills of the French Pyrénées\, Ferme de Candeloup is a 260 year old Béarnaise farm that has been transformed to offer a beautiful stylish holiday environment in stunning\, tranquil surroundings.There will be an early morning session of gentle movement and Breathwork\, followed by vinyasa yoga and then a slow-flow evening practice.In we will explore many aspects of yoga\, including Pranayama\, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.You will have plenty of time during the day to relax by the pool\, or explore the local area.Yoga sessions will be lead by Mary Freeman.Mary is a fully qualified Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist who has practiced yoga since childhood\, and has been teaching since 2001.Mary’s background is in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga\, her practice and teaching style reflect a playful\, explorative style. Maintaining the connection with the breath and with the same essence of fluidity and mindfulness.Mary has also trained in Vini Yoga\, Yin Yoga and Buddhist meditation.She has led group classes and retreats and also taught in hospitals\, schools and rehabilitation programs\, she also teaches on a one to one basis\, using yoga as therapy to work through physical illness\, injury and mental health issues.The cost of the Retreat is£695pp triple room£750 twin / double room£895 single occupancyThis includes full board in an en-suite room\, continental breakfast\, lunch\, dinner.Massages will also be available at an additional charge.Special diary requirements can be catered for\, please inform us of these when you make your booking.Flying from London the nearest airports are Pau\, Lourdes and Biarritz.Transfers can be arranged or you may wish to hire a car\, giving you the freedom to explore the local area.From Manchester it is easiest to fly to Bordeaux and hire a car for the onward journey.The places on this exclusive retreat are limited thereforeEarly booking is recommended.A £200 non refundable deposit will secure your place\, with the balance due by 1st April 2026This retreat is suitable for practitioners with a minimum of a one years continued practice.
