A whole weekend of yoga, relaxation, breath-work, meditation and open water swimming at this beautiful venue in Snowdonia.

An opportunity to dive deep and immerse yourself in yoga, in nature and in crystal clear waters.

During the day we will be practicing gentle vinyasa flows and exploring the scenery of the local area.
You will also have plenty of time to rest and do your own thing.

Evenings of yin yoga by candle light, fireside ceremony and deep restorative relaxation.

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor based poses. The postures work on a physical level with the connective tissues, and on an energetic level to clear the meridians. The poses are held for 3 to five minutes at a time. Yin yoga is great for when we are tired, over-stimulated, when our energy is too erratic or mind overactive
The Vinyasa practice is fluid, linking movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Helping to develop strength stability and balance for mind and body.

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and we become systematically and increasingly aware of our inner world.

Nestled in a sheltered woodland setting at the foot of the Nant Francon valley on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park. Bryn Llys offers individual cottage accommodation in an old converted mill building, with two large communal areas for dining and Yoga.
