Cae Mabon Retreat

Exciting Retreat Announcement: A Soulful Escape in Snowdonia
I am absolutely thrilled to announce the dates for our upcoming retreat at the truly unique Cae Mabon Retreat Centre in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. As summer gently fades into autumn, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature, restore your energy, and nourish your soul.

A Harmonious Blend of Nature and Yoga
Our yoga practices will flow in harmony with the rhythms of the natural world, incorporating Vinyasa yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support your swimming, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your body.

One of the highlights of this retreat is the opportunity to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Llyn Padarn, just a short, peaceful stroll through the woods. Imagine immersing yourself in the lake with the breathtaking Snowdonia mountain range as your backdrop. Whether you choose to take a quick refreshing dip or venture further out across the lake, the experience is sure to be unforgettable.

Embrace the Tranquility of Nature
In addition to the invigorating swim, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the surrounding woodlands, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in the wood-fired hot tub under the open sky. This retreat is designed to allow you to step away from the noise of modern life and reconnect with the natural world.

Retreat Details & Pricing
The cost of the retreat, which includes accommodation in one of the unique eco-dwellings, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all yoga sessions, is £350 per person based on shared accommodation for up to 4 people. As spaces are limited, we highly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your place.

About Cae Mabon: A True Escape to Nature
Cae Mabon is a truly special, off-grid venue that offers a raw, immersive experience. The retreat centre is designed to be eco-friendly and self-sustaining, with compost toilets and a shared, warm shower fed by a mountain stream. In keeping with the venue’s commitment to sustainability, guests are asked to bring their own towels and bedding or sleeping bag.

While Cae Mabon may not offer traditional luxuries or WiFi, it provides something far more valuable: a genuine connection with nature and the chance to step back into a simpler, more peaceful way of life. If you’re seeking a retreat that fosters deep inner peace and a break from the modern world, this is the perfect place for you.
If you’re looking for a more conventional experience, with luxury accommodations and internet access, you may prefer one of our other venues. But if you’re ready to disconnect, rejuvenate, and rediscover the stillness within, then come along and join us.
